Please ensure that you have read the Holistic Beauty by Julianna terms and conditions of sale, which forms your legal contract with Holistic Beauty by Julianna.
By using this service you accept our terms and conditions. Before you place an order for a service, if you have any questions relating these terms and conditions please don't hesitate to contact us.
Please ensure you have read and accept the new Covid salon protocols:
You agree to follow strict hygiene practices while at your appointment including washing or sanitising your hands on arrival, and will comply with staff instructions during your service. You will not bring anyone unrelated to your appointment with you to the salon to limit the number of people on the premises. You agree to maintain physical distance from staff and you understand that our usual procedures will be different with respect to how you are greeted and how your service is delivered. You understand that in the current, fast moving climate your appointment may need to be rescheduled with very short notice. If this occurs a new time will be found in line with government guidelines. You agree to let us know if any of the details you have given change, particularly with regards to developing any symptoms of, or exposure to COVID-19.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 72 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply when we get less than 48 hours notice.
- Less than 48 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
- Less than 24 hours notice or no show will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount.
- Payment for treatments / services / products must be paid prior to leaving the salon premises
Cancellation cost must be paid before another appointment can be booked or attended.
The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our team members scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone.
As a courtesy, we will text and email to confirm your service appointments 72 hours prior to your appointment. However, if we are unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.
The treatment services and bundles provided by Holistic Beauty by Julianna are non transferable - this includes, but is not limited to; the splitting of bundle treatments or session time between people or across different appointments.
We understand that sometimes you may be held up or late for your appointment. If you are within ten minutes of your appointment, we will be able to accommodate you. Beyond the ten minute threshold, whilst we will do our best to accommodate you, we cannot guarantee we will be able to.
Skin testing policy
Holistic Beauty by Julianna have a duty of care to make sure that you are protected in the salon. For this reason, we require you to come to the salon at least 48 hours before your first tinting appointment for a skin test. This is the best way of ensuring that you are allergy free when it comes to tinting.
For treatments, payment must be made in advance or on the same day as the treatment via cash, card, bank transfer or Paypal.
Vouchers can only be used once. You are responsible for the safekeeping of vouchers and it should be treated as cash. Vouchers can only be redeemed for the treatments stated. Vouchers are only valid for the treatments, location and validity period stated on the voucher. Vouchers cannot be used for any other purpose or against any other treatments or offer other than those stated on the vouchers. The voucher must be used in full at time of visit – there are no refunds for any unused parts of a voucher. Purchased gift vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged, and have no monetary value.
Refunds are not given for completed services. Holistic Beauty by Julianna is not responsible for loss, theft, damage or unauthorized use of any vouchers – it cannot be replaced. Once a voucher has been redeemed on Holistic Beauty by Julianna’s gift voucher system it is deemed to have been used and cannot be further used. All Offer vouchers must be booked in advance, stating that you are using an offer voucher and providing the voucher number. You must bring your voucher when you visit for your treatment. If you fail to provide your voucher, or if it has expired, you will be charged the normal price of the treatment and must provide another method of payment.
In the interest of comfort of all our clients, please refrain from using a mobile phone and ensure that it is switched off for the full duration of your time at the salon.
Offers / discounts cannot be used in conjunction with each other, one offer is valid per transaction.
As of July 1st 2020, Customers who have previously held a promotional discount (Groupon Discount) and have since booked regularly (4-6 weeks between bookings) are considered as VIP members for the sake of VIP discounts on 'Relax' packages. We reserve the right to revoke the VIP discounts for clients who do not book for up to 8 weeks. The VIP discount can be granted to immediate family members of VIP members, and bookings made in this manner count towards regular bookings for the maintenance of the discount.
The Emergency Services / Armed Forces discount is only valid when a valid ID is presented, upon which a 10% discount is administered to the transaction.
